Jacquie B is named after the inspiring women in my life who died too young: my mother (Jacquie) who loved fabrics, and my mother-in-law (Bunny) who was a talented knitter. Some of the items for sale use pieces from Jacquie's vintage collection. I've tried to blend my mother's love of mixing unexpected fabrics with Bunny's passion for crafts.
Each mask is handcrafted on our farm in central Vermont and the fabric choices are inspired by the changing seasons and my whimsy.
The fabric is always washed and dried before cutting to reduce shrinkage and running. Masks are machine washable. If you don't mind ironing, go ahead and throw them in the dryer. If you haven't seen your iron in years, air dry flat.
